This was the dress I had originally bought for our rehearsal dinner. It was $40 from Windsor. I loved it! Derek ended up buying me a different rehearsal dinner outfit as a Christmas gift, not knowing I had already bought this one. I brought both with us to our beachy honeymoon, and I was SO happy I did! This dress was perfect with an updo to show off the low cut back for our romantic sunset dinner cruise for two. It was a great mix of sexy and comfortable. Midi length dresses have quickly become a new favorite of mine. You can show off some leg without having to worry about it riding up or flashing someone when you sit or move around. They can go with heels, flats, or even a pair of converses - so many possibilities!
This was the dress I wore to our rehearsal dinner. I brought it with us on our honeymoon knowing that we had purchased a photoshoot package through our resort. I HIGHLY recommend looking into setting up a photographer to take pictures for you and your spouse (or loved ones) when going on an unforgettable trip like this! We realized that we would have only had solo photos of each other or selfies if we hadn't hired a professional photographer for a couple hours during one of the days of our trip. Be sure to ask your hotel or resort if they offer any packages like this before you head to your trip of a lifetime!
Fun Fact: We didn't have a converter to plug my straightener into (apparently you need those when you travel to other countries, haha), so Derek actually helped me and used a clothing iron and ironing board to help straighten my hair. I'm not recommending it, but hey! It worked for me, and maybe it can help you in a pinch... or learn from my mistake and just be sure you bring a converter if you're traveling out of the country!
